ORDERING AND PAYMENT

• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations or errors in product descriptions or pricing.
• Payments must be made at checkout via accepted payment methods. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions.
• Prices are listed in AUD.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days.
• We have a flat rate shipping cost of $10.95 Australia-wide for regular post, or $15.95 for express shipping
• We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by shipping carriers. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of The Feeding Zoo.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• We can accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
