WELCOME TO THE ZOO
We're Yolande and Sonja - mums, friends and co-founders of The Feeding Zoo. We’re on a mission to make mealtime both stylish and sustainable, one tiny stainless steel plate (or fork, or spoon) at a time.
We created The Feeding Zoo after a frustrating search for well-made, low-tox options for feeding time that also looked good on our tables. Like many parents navigating the solids journey, we struggled with silicone products that retained odours and tastes (or worse, mould), and found it near impossible to source alternatives that ticked all the boxes.
So began our journey to bring to life the products we wanted in our homes. Sustainability shouldn’t be boring - so we’re here to feed your appetite for good design and a greener future for our cute little zoo animals.

Here at The Feeding Zoo, we create stainless steel cutlery and plates in fun designs that can elevate any table - while our compostable mats help you embrace the chaos of mealtime.
We genuinely care about the health of our kids, and the future of our planet, which is why our plates and cutlery are made from non-toxic, food-grade 304 stainless steel. No plastics, no harmful chemicals and no heavy metals. Our mats are also 100% compostable and printed with food-grade dye.
Our products are also statement pieces. Not only are they safe for your kids and better for our planet, but they actually look good on the table!
